Our History
Founded in 2004, Therapath provides expert neuropathology services, including skin, muscle, and nerve biopsy analysis, to hospitals and physician offices. Therapath joined Inform Diagnostics in 2018, expanding its anatomic pathology capabilities. Now operating as a division of Inform Diagnostics, Therapath continues to focus on specialized neuropathology testing, strengthened by the speed and reliability of a leading anatomic pathology laboratory.
Setting the Standard in Neuropathology
Our CLIA-licensed, CAP-accredited lab in Coppell, Texas combines advanced diagnostic technologies with a world-class team of neuropathologists to deliver precise, reliable results. We offer a comprehensive menu of Small Fiber Neuropathology testing, as well as Muscle and Nerve Pathology. Through our parent company, Fulgent, we also provide neurogenetics testing with a broad range of panels covering muscular dystrophies, myopathies, metabolic disorders, neuropathies, and mitochondrial diseases.

We were founded as Pathology Partners and became Inform Diagnostics in January 2018. From our headquarters in Irving, Texas, we’re proud to have grown to be the largest national outpatient pathology laboratory, in large part thanks to the rigorousness of our quality assurance processes, the comprehensiveness of our solution offerings, and the experience, expertise, and dedication of our people.
